The heart of the human body is the most important organ and it helps the human beings to live for long time. The main function of the heart is that to pump the blood to all the parts of the body throughout day and night till the life ends. Without heart the human body will not function and more care has to be taken to protect the heart. Care must be taken from the very first day of the life and there are many ways to protect the heart. Taking care and protecting the heart will be helpful to extend the life of the human beings. The care must be taken from the childhood days itself and many ways are found to protect the heart. Exercise is the most important way to protect the heart and the total cardiovascular system. The children must be trained from their early stage to do proper exercise periodically. The exercise which is specially done for improving the performance of the heart is the cardio exercise. It is a very simple and easy exercise which can be done by all the small kids throughout their life.

 

 

Increases the heart rate

The cardio exercise highly helps to increase the rate of the heart and it will in turn increase the performance of the heart. This exercise will be useful in all aspects to improve the function of the heart. This exercise needs the very large muscle movements for a particular period and it helps the heart to increase its rate for about 50% from its maximum level. The rate of the heart has to be checked periodically and there are several machines to check the heart rates. All the kids who do this cardio exercise must check with their heart rates after doing the exercise and this must be made as a practice.

Simple exercises

There are many simple exercises for the kids and there is no need to do any more harsh and difficult exercise. It is more than enough to do the simple exercises daily and it will surely make the kids to perform effectively in all aspects. The exercises may be like running, jumping, swimming, aerobic workouts and so on. All these are done in the daily life of the kids and when they grow up they fail to concentrate on these exercises and they concentrate on their studies. This makes the kids to be against the exercise after a period and they become lazy. Then if they grow up their heart’s performance are reduced deeply.

Concentrate on the simplest exercise and then make is as a practice till the end of the life. It will be very much effective for all the kids to have a very healthy heart in their future. If all the kids follow it properly there will be no problems faced in the heart in their future life. Give importance to the physical activity as the metal activity and enhance the fitness and the performance of the heart to greater extent.
