Did you remember how we threw our stress out in our childhood? We broke the toys, quarreled with the mom, ran out in the lawns and requested some sweets or ice cream. But no one can call the childhood back. So we are to deal with our stress in our own way. Different people do different things to come out of the anxiety anger and stress. Some start watching movies or just sneezing at the couch, some try to sleep averted, some threw their anger on the servants, some start walking on the roads and some just start thinking what to do. We all know that these are not the real remedies and even some times increase the stress level.
Commonly the doctors and health care providers suggest some medicines and workouts in stress, anxiety and anger. There is good news that the researchers have found that if we do some specific things in a proper manner, we can defeat the stress and anxiety in very short time. Extracting the results of the above studies and recommendations of these experts we have lined out the following things to get out of stress. These things decrease the stress level, increase the passion and encourage the body to fight with the stress.
1. Drink the Milk Coffee
The coffee is the body activator. It makes you passionate and energetic. Take the coffee with the milk. The caffeine and the fat combination motivates the brain and body to do something for enjoyment. They bring a sense of peace and calm
2. Control Your Jaws
The experts say that when the tongue and the jaws are motionless they stimulate the body to be at rest. Limping your tongue open your mouth slowly. Do it many times. It activates your nervous system to its original state. The stress related hormones are shut down and your body gets a message to make it all ok.
3. Take Long Breaths
The long breathing increases the internal energy. Keep the oxygen in your lungs for more time. It increases the heart beat rate and activates the peace keeping part of the nervous system. Do it for at least 5 to 11 times. Your body gets relaxed and calmed decreasing the effects of stress and depression.
4. Attend Your Garden
The researchers say that there are some bacteria found in the garden soil which reduce tension, stress and anger. When someone digs it, these bacteria may enter his body through breathing. So digging the garden soil, or walking on the already dug soil may do this for you. So why not try it when you are stressed.
5. Make Some Donations
Making someone happy is the great and authentic source of getting happiness. When you are suffering from stress, donate some money to some needy person. He will become happy, say thank you and your soul elevates. It will bring a trigger to inner jammed senses and stress will have to leave you.
6. Try Smiling
Smiling gives ease and calm to the nerves of brain and body. A little smiling can make your stress run away better than two anti-stress pills. Try to listen or watch something that make you smile. The babies and pets can do a bit better for you.
7. Eat Stuff Having Beef
Eating some beef containing food like beef burger will help you treat stress. The beef contains conjugated linoleic acid. According to experts this acid helps the brain to reduce the stress and tension. More over it is already proved that the people with the stress are often lacking iron. As the women are mostly the deficient of iron, they are relatively more likely to have stress. The odds also prove that the stress is found 15% more in the women than in the men. The beef contains a great amount of iron which fills up this deficiency. Even if you are not deficient of iron, the iron in the beef along with the other healthy nutrients increases the energy level, activates the stressed nerves and wakes up the nervous system.
8. Help Your Brain
Whenever you are under stress, the brain does everything to get rid of it naturally. He releases some secretions which try to cover up the situation by reducing the pain and other effects of the stress. If in this state you do something that aids to this struggle, your brain will do it more efficiently. You can do anything which you think reasonable in your stress condition. Take a hot bath, call a friend, walk in the street or try to enjoy anything you can to help your brain.
9. Move Your Body A Little
We are not asking for a big exercise. Do some light and short time exercise. Light jumps, small movements and few minutes’ easy jerks will help you come out of the stress. These movements will activate the stress bound cells, enhance the blood flow, surge of neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin, provide energy and let the nerves work properly.
10. A Hug Can Go Against Stress
A little hug can help you. Move your arms in the shape of embarrassment. The experts say that a little touch can release Oxytocin and other substances within the body to decrease the stress level. Actually in the state of stress the brain itself manages to increase the blood flow and produces helping chemicals. A slight hug will add something beneficial in this stress management.
11. Eat Carbohydrates
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter associated with the feelings of well being. When you eat carbohydrates, the sugar level is increased. It stimulates the serotonin. The extra energy by carbohydrates along with the increased sugar and serotonin level decrease the stress and you feel happy. So try pop corns or wheat muffin etc in stress. You will feel a change.
During the stress state, the brain excretes the cortisole, a chemical responsible for sadness and worry. Anything that may stop or decrease the cortisole level or increase the energy and serotonin level will boost your mood. Do these helpful activities and enjoy your life free of stress.
