5 Simple Habits to Stay Fit Permanently
Why not adopt a few routine habits which will keep you fit and smart every time. No doubt “How she looks fit” or “What a fit body” are the complements everyone wants to have. The fitness no doubt needs a lot of care and intention. It contains many exercises, diets and sometimes medication. The most difficult thing to stay fit is prevention. It is very hard to prevent from your lovely foods, drinks and sex. In common and social life you cannot ignore everything. Just a littlte problem with your baby or spouse health can disturb your all schedules. You are not alone and you are not always free. So keeping in mind these facts, we are not going to involve you in a prolonged planning or heavy workouts. We have pointed out some experts’ opinions which are simply about your routine life. These are not related to some extra things. You will not change your routine but just make it in a proper and simple way. Some minute amendments in your schedules and little changes in your daily life may keep you not only fit but always fit.
1. Sleeping Schedule
Early to bed early to rise – Keeps you healthy, wealthy and wise.
The proper sleep is first step to stay fit. A proper sleep does not mean a long sleep. Stick to habit that you will sleep for 6 hours in 24 hours. You can attend the parties till late, but never go late beyond 12. Very before 1 A.M, you are to sleep. You are to leave the bed exactly at 6. Even if you sleep for complete 6 hours, you must have a rest after lunch. We know that your boss may not permit it, but your boss too, wants you to be fit. After lunch you are to take rest for maximum time but please not lesser than 25 minutes. This little thing will be equal to 2 hours sleep at night.
There is no alternate of water. This mere thing dominates hundreds of others. We often forget to drink water for many hours. Make a routine that you will drink 1 glass of water after every 3 hours even you are not thirsty. Never forget to drink water before you take tea. Cold water before tea makes you free of constipation. Take a glass of water before to sleep and same when you leave the bed. Remember that too much water is not a good thing. Do not drink in excessive amount. Drink it frequently in a routine. Drink before, in the middle and not at the end of the meal.
3. Eating Habits
The foods keep us fit and the in-time foods are a key to fitness. Do not make your breakfast too light. Keep it full of nutrients. Take the breakfast early in the morning and have about 10 minutes rest and then take tea. Never take tea very soon after the breakfast or any food if you want to stay fit. Stick to habit of a rest for 5 to 10 minutes after every meal. Leave the meal before you feel over eat. Have lunch exactly at noon and take dinner very soon after the sunset. The late dinner will never let you stay fit. Do not eat while you are in the bed. Do not eat when you are standing or walking. Do not hurry to work immediately after eating. Let your meal be calm in the stomach.
4. Sex Routines
Sex also affects your fitness. We will not compel you to reduce your sex schedule. Keep enjoying your life. You are just to do the following things and you will stay fit for the next joy.
-Never have sex at the early night. Always do it at late night.
-Do not make sex with the empty stomach.
-Never have sex soon after meal. Let it be digested first.
-Never hurry to wash room after sex. Take some time.
-Drink some milk or water after you make a sex. Avoid eating late at night. Even if you eat something, then have a little walking before sleep.
5. Walking and Fitness
Walking does not always mean a long walking. No doubt the morning or evening walk is the best thing to keep you fit but you often may not keep up the schedule. What you are to do, is to increase your daily distances. Adopt long ways and paths when you go to toilet, your boos or kitchen. Make round to the rooms. Take trips to different rooms before sleeping. Keep intermittent walking during different works such as cooking, washing, sweeping or even preparing for party. Why not have walking when talking. Walking may keep you fit without any tension. You can walk many miles even in your office and at your home. The solution is to make it a habit.
